Amy Keller Named “Woman Worth Watching” by Profiles in Diversity Journal

DiCello Levitt is pleased to announce that Partner, Amy Keller, has been named a “Woman Worth Watching” by Profiles in Diversity Journal. Amy joins 166 other honorees from various professions and industries across the country, all of whom have exhibited tremendous leadership, achieved impressive personal accomplishments, and are dedicated to serving as mentors for their colleagues and peers.

Recognized as a “trailblazer” for her work in creating novel theories of liability and damages in complex, multidistrict litigation, Amy, has successfully led a broad range of product liability, data privacy, design defect, and consumer cases in courts across the United States. Most notable is her recent, headline-grabbing work in helping secure a landmark settlement in the Equifax data breach litigation in excess of $1 billion on behalf of nearly 150 million consumers.

Amy, who lives by the motto, “do well by doing good,” is fiercely dedicated to helping her clients combat injustice, and effecting significant regulatory and legislative change to benefit consumers.
