Amy Keller Quoted in Law360 Article About 50-State Consumer Suit Over Marriott Data Breach

Partner Amy E. Keller was quoted in Law360 regarding the 50-state class action lawsuit filed Wednesday against Marriott and Starwood Hotels. The complaint alleges Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide LLC failed to secure personally identifiable information such as passport information, customers’ names, mailing addresses, and payment card data, including credit and debit card numbers. Marriott has said almost 400 million unique guests may have been affected by the data breach.

“Marriott has completely failed its customers, and it is disingenuous for the company to attempt to downplay the seriousness of this breach,” DLC partner Amy E. Keller is quoted as saying.
