Mr. Levitt, commenting on his filing of a motion for injunction against Wells Fargo in the ongoing consumer class action related to forced auto insurance, notes that the motion was filed in order to start holding Wells Fargo and its codefendant, National General Insurance, “immediately accountable for their wrongful conduct.”
